- 12 Eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 5 drops Tabasco
- 1-2 Tbsp mustard
- to taste salt and pepper
Boil the eggs and place them in an ice bath to cool.
Peel the eggs, slice in half, and remove the yolks.
In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, Tabasco, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Spoon or pipe the filling into the egg whites.
