2 Tbsp Butter 2 Tbsp All-purpose Flour 1 tsp Dry Mustard 1/8 tsp Salt 1 Cup Milk 4 Oz Cooper Cheese or cheese of choice 5 Drops Tabasco Sauce
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
Sprinkle in the flour, dry mustard, and salt. Whisk until smooth and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in the milk until combined and smooth. Cook over medium heat until it comes to a gentle boil (about 1 minute).
Remove from heat and stir in the cheese until melted and smooth. Add Tabasco sauce to taste.
Serve immediately over your favorite dishes or as a dip!
