Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp butter melted

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs. Gradually add the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and melted butter, and continue whisking until the batter is smooth.
  • Heat a lightly oiled or buttered skillet over medium-high heat. A non-stick skillet or crepe pan works best to prevent sticking.
  • When the pan is hot, pour about ΒΌ cup of batter into the center of the pan, tilting the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter evenly.
  • Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes, until the bottom is lightly golden. Flip the crepe with a spatula and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute on the other side.
  • Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and cover with a towel to keep it warm while you cook the rest of the batter.
  • Fill your crepes with your favorite ingredients. Roll or fold the crepes and enjoy!
