  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and oil until smooth.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold them together. Be careful not to overmix; stir just until combined.
  • Divide the batter evenly among the 12 muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-23 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean or with just a few moist crumbs.
  • Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
