Ingredients
1/4cupcilantro
3avocadosripe
1jalapeno
1/4cupred onion
1/4cuptomatoes
1Tbsplime juice
1/2tspsalt
Instructions
Start by chopping the cilantro, jalapeño, red onion, and tomatoes. If you prefer a smoother guacamole, chop them finely. For chunkier guac, you can leave the pieces a bit larger.
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocados until they reach your desired consistency.
Once the avocados are mashed, add the chopped cilantro, jalapeño, red onion, and tomatoes. Mix everything together gently so that the flavors combine but the ingredients maintain some texture.
Add lime juice and salt to the mixture. Stir to combine, then taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl and dig in!
