Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Nut Butter Peanut, Cashew, or Almond
  • 1/2 Cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 Cup Mixed Nuts Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Seeds Sunflower or Pumpkin
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Optional
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped mixed nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and cinnamon.
  • In a separate bowl, mix nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  • Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and press it down firmly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then lift out using the parchment paper and cool completely before cutting into bars.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
