1/2cupgreek yogurtplain or vanilla
1Tbsphoneyoptional
1banana
1/2cupmilk of choice
1Tbspchia seedsoptional
Instructions
Gather your frozen mixed berries, yogurt, banana, honey, almond milk, and chia seeds (if using).
Add all the ingredients to your blender: 1 cup of mixed berries, ½ cup of Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 banana, and ½ cup of almond milk. If you’re using chia seeds, add them in as well. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
If your smoothie is too thick, you can add a bit more almond milk to thin it out. If it’s too thin, add a few more frozen berries or some ice cubes and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour your smoothie into a glass, and enjoy immediately.
