Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp honey optional
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds optional

Instructions

  • Gather your frozen mixed berries, yogurt, banana, honey, almond milk, and chia seeds (if using).
  • Add all the ingredients to your blender: 1 cup of mixed berries, ½ cup of Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 banana, and ½ cup of almond milk. If you’re using chia seeds, add them in as well. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • If your smoothie is too thick, you can add a bit more almond milk to thin it out. If it’s too thin, add a few more frozen berries or some ice cubes and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Pour your smoothie into a glass, and enjoy immediately.
