2 bananas ripe 1 1/2 cups flour 4 large eggs 6 Tbsp honey 1 cup pumpkin puree 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
Add the eggs, honey, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the bread cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
