Raspberry Peach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk or preferred milk
  • 1 Tbsp honey optional

Instructions

  • In a blender, add 1 cup of frozen raspberries, 1 cup of frozen peach slices, and 1 banana. Frozen fruit gives the smoothie a thick texture.
  • Pour in ½ cup of Greek yogurt and 1 cup of almond milk (or preferred milk). Blend until smooth.
  • If you like your smoothie a little sweeter, add 1 tablespoon of honey or your favorite natural sweetener.
  • Blend again until creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Pour into glasses, garnish with extra raspberries or peach slices, and enjoy immediately!

Notes

- If using fresh fruit, add ice cubes for a thicker texture.
- Boost nutrition by adding chia seeds, flaxseeds, or protein powder.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more honey or your preferred sweetener.
