Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine 1 cup of frozen strawberries and 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks.
  • Add 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk to the blender.
  • For extra creaminess and a protein boost, add ½ cup of Greek yogurt to the blender.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of honey or your sweetener of choice.
  • Blend everything on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk. If it’s too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
