Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups cantaloupe cubed
  • 1 cup green grapes halved
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • drizzle simple syrup

Instructions

  • Start by washing and cutting all of your fruits. Aim for uniform sizes so everything mixes evenly.
  • In a large mixing bowl, gently toss together the watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, grapes, pineapple, and kiwi.
  • Once the fruit is mixed, drizzle the cooled simple syrup over the top. You can add a little at a time and adjust the amount based on your preference for sweetness.
  • For the best flavor, refrigerate your fruit salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
